This policy explains how the personal data of users of monty by Nuvi (monty.uz, @MontyUz_Bot and the Mini App, mobile and desktop applications; hereinafter, the “Service”) is collected, used, stored and protected. Data controller: ABDULLAYEV ISROILJON IZZATILLA O‘G‘LI (sole proprietor), TIN (STIR/INN) 50101056520018, registered address: 186 Bog‘ibo‘ston street, Xamkorobod MFY, Yunusobod district, Tashkent. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.
1.1. Account: phone number (when signing in via SMS), Telegram ID, name and username, the name and email provided by Apple or Google when signing in through them, interface language, referral code and who referred you.
1.2. Content: the videos, voice messages and B-roll files you upload, the speech text derived from them (transcription), the style and settings you choose, and the finished montage video. Your face and voice may appear in the video — they are used solely for the montage.
1.3. Payments: the selected package, amount, date and the transaction number provided by the payment system. We do not see or store bank card details — they are entered directly in the payment system.
1.4. Technical: IP address, device and browser type, application version, error logs, push notification token (only if you grant permission, for the “video ready” notification).
1.5. Support correspondence: messages you send via the “Help” section and the replies.
2.1. Performing the montage: converting speech to text, correcting the text, building the montage plan, framing (detecting face position), and adding captions and graphics.
2.2. Maintaining your account, energy balance, free trial and referral bonuses; accepting payments.
2.3. Communicating with you: “video ready”, “text ready”, payment and support messages (in the language you have chosen).
2.4. Security and abuse prevention, monitoring service stability and fixing errors.
2.5. We do not use your content for advertising, do not sell it, and do not provide it for training artificial intelligence models without your consent.
To perform the montage, data is shared only to the extent necessary with the following:
3.1. AIsha (Uzbekistan) — speech-to-text: the audio of the video.
3.2. Google Cloud Vertex AI and the Gemini API (USA) — correcting errors in the text (audio and automatic transcript), the montage plan, and selecting suitable moments for headlines (hooks) and cards (text only). Google does not use this data to train its models (paid API terms).
3.3. Pexels and Pixabay — if media cards are enabled, only an English search term is sent (not your video or text).
3.4. Railway (servers and database — Singapore), S3-compatible cloud storage (finished videos and files) and Cloudflare (website address, protection and fast delivery — USA, global network).
3.5. Eskiz (Uzbekistan) — sending SMS codes: only the phone number and the code.
3.6. Payment systems: Click, Payme — the payment amount and order number; for international card payments, Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom) — order number, package, email and payment details (card data is seen only by Paddle and its payment partners).
3.7. Telegram — bot messages and sign-in via the Mini App; Expo (USA) — push notifications: only the device token and the message text.
3.8. Some of these providers are located outside Uzbekistan; by using the Service, you consent to your data being transferred to those countries to the extent necessary for the montage. Each provider processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
3.9. In cases provided for by law, data may be disclosed to competent government authorities upon their lawful request.
4.1. Uploaded and finished videos are stored for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Once a montage is complete, intermediate files (audio, frames) are deleted immediately.
4.2. Files of montages that stopped with an error are deleted within 1 day; jobs with unconfirmed text are deleted within 7 days.
4.3. Database backups are kept for 14 days.
4.4. Account data is kept until the account is deleted. Payment records are kept for the period required by law.
5.1. You may request access to, correction, export and deletion of your data.
5.2. You can delete your account from within the application (“Profile” → “Delete account”) — this deletes all videos, files and account data.
5.3. Requests: [email protected] or @MontyUz_Bot (“Help” section). We may ask you to verify your identity; we will respond as quickly as possible and within the period established by law.
6.1. Data is transmitted only over an encrypted channel (HTTPS). Sign-in sessions are stored in the database as hashes, not in plain form. Finished videos can be opened only via a short-lived signed link.
6.2. Server access is restricted, the type and size of uploaded files are checked, and the service is continuously monitored.
6.3. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data. If you find a security issue: [email protected].
The Service is not intended for persons under 16. If we learn that we have collected a child’s data without parental consent, we will delete it.
The website and application store on your device only the data necessary for them to work (sign-in session, selected language and montage settings). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
If the policy changes, we will notify you on the website, in the application or via Telegram before the changes take effect.
