Orders paid in US dollars with an international card are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the energy (⚡) bought in that order has been used. Partly used packages and requests after 14 days are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Energy packages paid in Uzbek so‘m (Click, Payme, Multicard or card transfer) are non-refundable (Public Offer, Section 10). You can try your first reel for free before paying.
If a montage is not completed for reasons on our side, the energy charged for it is automatically returned to your account.
Email [email protected] or write to @MontyUz_Bot (Support) with your order number and email, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds reach the original card within 5–10 business days, and that order’s energy is removed from your account.
