This is a translation; in case of discrepancy the Uzbek version prevails.

Last updated: 12 October 2026.

This document is a public offer made by ABDULLAYEV ISROILJON IZZATILLA O‘G‘LI (sole proprietor), TIN (STIR/INN) 50101056520018 (hereinafter, the “Contractor”), for the use of monty by Nuvi (monty.uz, the @MontyUz_Bot Telegram bot and Mini App, mobile and desktop applications; hereinafter, the “Service”). By registering, signing in via Telegram, starting a montage or purchasing an energy package, the User is deemed to have fully accepted these terms (acceptance).

1. Definitions

1.1. Service — a software platform that uses artificial intelligence to produce an automatically edited video (a reel, a YouTube lesson, a blog, reels from a podcast) from a video or voice message uploaded by the User.

1.2. User — a natural person with full legal capacity, a sole proprietor, or a representative of a legal entity. A person accepting on behalf of an organization confirms that they are authorized to do so.

1.3. Energy (⚡) — the unit of account within the Service. Energy is not money, electronic money or a refundable asset; it is used solely for montages within the Service.

1.4. Montage style — the look of a montage (a set of rules for captions, graphics, music and framing). The User chooses the montage type and style themselves.

1.5. This offer and the Privacy Policy (monty.uz/en/privacy) form an integral part of the agreement.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Contractor grants the User a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service; the User pays for each selected montage in energy.

2.2. Montage procedure: the User uploads a video or voice message → the Service converts the speech to text → the User reviews and confirms the text → the Service edits the video in the selected style and returns the finished video.

2.3. Several videos (for example, a hook, a main part and a CTA) may be uploaded for a single reel; they are joined into one video in the order specified by the User.

2.4. The operation and rules of Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, the App Store, Google Play and other third-party platforms are beyond the Contractor’s control.

3. Acceptance and account

3.1. Signing in by phone number (SMS code), Telegram, Apple or Google, starting a montage or making a payment constitutes acceptance. The version of the offer in force at the time of acceptance, the user identifier and the date and time may be stored electronically.

3.2. The User is responsible for the security of their account and for all actions performed through it. Persons under 16 may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal representative.

3.3. The offer is published in the state language and may be saved before acceptance.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Montages are charged in energy. Current prices: montage without motion graphics (cutting, dynamic captions, callouts, cards, sound effects and the like) — 3 ⚡; montage with motion graphics and a YouTube lesson — 8 ⚡; each reel from a podcast — at the price of the selected style; revising a finished video — 1 ⚡. The price of each style is shown in the application when the style is selected.

4.2. Energy packages: Start — 30 ⚡, UZS 306,000 ($25); Active — 80 ⚡, UZS 734,000 ($60); Popular — 160 ⚡, UZS 1,306,000 ($106); Content Factory — 400 ⚡, UZS 2,550,000 ($208). USD prices apply to international card payments (clause 4.3.0). If the price on the website differs from the final amount on the payment page, the final amount shown before payment prevails.

4.3. Payment methods: transfer to the Contractor’s card — the User transfers the package amount to the card number shown in the application and sends the payment receipt (a screenshot or photo) in the application or to @MontyUz_Bot; after the Contractor verifies and confirms the receipt, the energy is credited to the account (usually within 5–30 minutes; later outside business hours). When other payment systems shown in the application (Click, Payme and others) are connected, payment may also be made through them. If new payment methods are added, their terms are incorporated into this offer.

4.3.0. Users outside Uzbekistan can pay in US dollars with an international bank card. These payments are accepted by Paddle.com Market Limited (paddle.com) as Merchant of Record, which calculates and remits the buyer’s local taxes (VAT, sales tax); the price is shown with taxes on the checkout page. Energy is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed.

4.3.1. If a receipt is forged, the amount is incomplete or the transfer has not been received, the order is rejected and no energy is credited. Sending a forged receipt is grounds for blocking the account.

4.4. There is no subscription and no automatic debiting: energy is purchased as a one-time package and does not expire.

4.5. Energy is debited when the User confirms the text and starts the montage. No energy is debited before the text is confirmed.

4.6. For bank transfers: account number 20218 000 9 07378855 001, account holder YATT ABDULLAYEV ISROILJON IZZATILLA OGLI, MFO (bank code) 01158, Tashkent branch of JSCB “Kapitalbank”, currency UZS.

5. Free trial and referral program

5.1. Each new User’s first reel montage is free. The free video carries a “monty by Nuvi” watermark. When the User purchases any energy package, a copy of that video without the watermark is provided at no additional charge.

5.2. Each time a friend who registered via a referral link purchases an energy package, the referring User receives 10% of that package’s energy. If the payment is reversed by the payment system, the bonus granted is also withdrawn.

5.3. If abuse of the free trial or referral program is detected (fake accounts, self-referral, etc.), the Contractor may cancel bonuses and restrict the account.

6. User obligations

6.1. The User shall: provide accurate information and keep the account secure; upload only video, audio and images to which they hold the rights or which they are permitted to use; obtain the consent of any other persons appearing in the video; not upload content that is unlawful, violent, discriminatory, fraudulent, spam or that infringes third-party rights; not attempt to disrupt the Service, circumvent restrictions or overload it by automated means.

6.2. The User is responsible for reviewing the finished video before publishing it and for the information it contains.

7. Contractor obligations and limits

7.1. The Contractor provides the Service with reasonable professional skill and applies measures to protect and back up data and to remedy faults.

7.2. If a montage is not completed for reasons attributable to the Contractor, the debited energy is refunded automatically.

7.3. Limits apply to prevent abuse: up to 3 unfinished montages at a time and up to 20 videos per account in 24 hours; limits on video duration and file size are shown in the application.

7.4. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. The Service may be temporarily restricted in the event of a security risk, a breach of the rules or a change on a third-party platform.

8. Artificial intelligence

8.1. Transcription, text correction, the montage plan, captions, headlines (hooks) and matching images are generated automatically using artificial intelligence and may produce erroneous or incomplete results. The User has the opportunity to review and correct the text before the montage.

8.2. Images in media cards are taken from openly licensed stock libraries (Pexels, Pixabay) and do not depict real events or the User; do not present them as documents or evidence.

9. Intellectual property

9.1. The rights to videos, audio and other materials uploaded by the User remain with the User. The User grants the Contractor a limited permission to store and process them, and to transmit them to the providers listed in Section 11, to the extent necessary to perform the montage.

9.2. The User may use the finished video without restriction, publish it on any platform and monetize it (subject to the free-trial watermark under clause 5.1).

9.3. The music and sound effects in the internal library are licensed to the Contractor by third parties or produced by the Contractor itself, and are provided only as part of videos produced by monty. It is prohibited to extract the music from a video, to use it separately or in other projects, to distribute it, or to register it (or a video containing it) in rights-management systems such as YouTube Content ID or Facebook Rights Manager. If an automated claim is received regarding library music, contact support — we will provide the licence information for a dispute.

9.4. The rights to the Service software, design, styles, font collection, code and the “monty by Nuvi” brand belong to the Contractor or its licensors.

10. Payments are non-refundable

10.1. Amounts paid for energy packages are non-refundable. Energy cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Before paying, the User has the opportunity to evaluate the Service’s results through the free first reel.

10.2. If a montage is not completed for reasons attributable to the Contractor, the energy debited for that montage is automatically returned to the account (clause 7.2). This does not constitute a monetary refund.

10.3. This Section does not apply to cases mandatorily provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10.4. International orders paid in US dollars through Paddle are covered by the Refund Policy (monty.uz/en/refund): within 14 days if the energy has not been used.

11. Personal data

11.1. The purposes and categories of data processing, its recipients (providers), and the retention and deletion procedure are set out in the Privacy Policy (monty.uz/en/privacy).

11.2. Uploaded and finished videos are stored for 30 days and then deleted automatically. The User is responsible for downloading the finished video within this period.

12. Liability

12.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the law and this offer. To the extent permitted by law, the Contractor’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the last 3 months. No provision limits a consumer’s non-waivable statutory rights.

12.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Contractor is not liable for the consequences of User content, blocking or restrictions by third-party platforms, or internet and provider outages beyond the Contractor’s control.

12.3. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, large-scale communications or data-center failures, etc.), obligations are postponed for the duration of such circumstances.

13. Term and amendments

13.1. The agreement is effective from acceptance until the account is deleted. The User may delete the account at any time via “Delete account” in the application; in this case videos, files and the remaining energy balance are permanently deleted.

13.2. Material changes are announced on the website, in the application or via Telegram before they take effect. Changes that raise prices or worsen the User’s rights do not apply retroactively to energy already purchased.

13.3. Claims are first considered by negotiation via [email protected] or @MontyUz_Bot. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
